What the portal is designed to do
This portal is designed to bring what the bank knows about each business client together from its approved sources, with the sources shown, so the banker reviews evidence rather than assembling it. It works alongside the tools the role already uses, and the person doing the job stays in charge of the decision.
Like every portal, it runs on the organisation’s own HELLGRAPH knowledge under one policy set in the Admin Console, on your premises or in your own tenancy. Hosted models are an option you switch on, not a condition of use.
