One portal per power user, not one agent per vendor.
Most firms end up with a separate AI agent for each function: one for research, one for legal, one for underwriting. None of them share knowledge, and none of them belong to the firm. Prophet Platform gives each role a governed portal on the firm’s own knowledge, so what one team learns, the firm keeps.
What a persona is
A persona is a working surface built for one role doing one specialised, repeated job. It comes as a ready-to-use template, with workflows and data connections that fit the job, and an organisation can configure it, or clone and reshape it for an adjacent team.
Noetica is breadth
The general-purpose tool you use every day for whatever the day brings.
A persona is depth
The structured work of one role. When you step outside that lane, you are back in Noetica.
One governed estate
Both run on the same governed estate, so nothing a team learns is stranded in one tool.
The personas
Health, education and government are markets we serve, not personas. A role inside them, such as a dentist or a GP, can become a persona when it has its own specialised, repeated job.
The same foundation under every portal
The firm’s own knowledge
Every portal works on HELLGRAPH, the firm’s governed knowledge: its sources, the relationships between them, and where each fact came from.
One policy, everywhere
The Admin Console, the control plane for the whole estate, applies one policy across seats, agents and sources, including the information barriers that keep desks, matters or mandates apart.
Answers you can examine
Outputs are designed to carry the sources, agent steps and human checks behind them, so a reviewer can see how an answer was reached.
Local by default
Portals run on your premises or in your own tenancy. Hosted models are an option you switch on, not a condition of use.
Where the personas stand
The personas are at different stages. Asset manager and capital markets are in beta testing with delivery partners, food manufacturing is in implementation, and the rest are in alpha testing.
