We build intelligence organisations can own.
SocioProphet is an engineering-led infrastructure company for organisations that cannot let their reasoning, data, or decisions leave their control.
The founding vision
SocioProphet was founded by Michael Heller and Gus Quiroga on a shared conviction: an organisation's reasoning, data, and decisions should remain its own. The difference is not whether an organisation uses AI. It is whether it is renting intelligence or building one.
We observed that too much AI value dissipates into supplier platforms: prompts, decisions, and institutional reasoning become activity in someone else's system instead of an asset the organisation can keep and build on.
Governance is what makes the asset reliable. It belongs in the architecture, not in paperwork added after the work is done.
That is why the platform is built around proof-bearing workflows, explicit reversibility, and human oversight. A decision you cannot reproduce is not institutional knowledge. It is a rumour with a timestamp.
By keeping the work inside the organisation's boundary and producing cryptographically signed, replayable evidence, we make it possible for the knowledge created by AI to remain yours and be relied on.
The result is one story across every surface: sovereignty determines whether anything accumulates, governance determines whether it can be relied on, and compounding knowledge is the return.
Our values
Engineering truth
No marketing spin on technical capabilities. We deal in cryptographic proofs, not probabilistic promises.
Absolute restraint
We build for the most risk-averse environments. Security and stability are prioritised above all.
Customer sovereignty
Your data is yours. Your models are yours. We actively engineer against vendor lock-in.
The commitments we will not trade away
Local by default. Hosted models are an option you switch on, not a condition of use.
Every decision is evidenced and replayable.
You can export everything you build, at any time.
We never train on your data.
Human oversight bounds every control loop.
High-risk actions require approval — never silent execution.
The founding team
Michael Heller
Founder, CEO & CTO — Philadelphia
Built the technical architecture. Sets the technical thesis: governance must be architectural, not a dashboard. Leads the engineering of the control plane, evidence fabric, and HELLGRAPH knowledge layer.
Gus Quiroga
President & CRO — Sydney
Brings the commercial lens — C-level relationships across APAC financial services and deep working knowledge of the regulatory pressures that make governed AI an obligation.
Keith Haller
Sales & Business Development
Leads sales and business development, bringing deep enterprise data-platform relationships from prior roles at Databricks and Informatica.
Join the mission
We are actively recruiting exceptional systems engineers, cryptographers, and enterprise architects.
